The exact date and time of a match are usually confirmed about two or three weeks before
each match; tickets go on sale as soon as these details are known (excluding matches at the
Stade Atlantique and playoff phase).

MATCHDAY : 

Only the Place Johnston ticket window will be open from 1 h 30 before kick-off. If you have
any issue on match day, please go there.

‼️ Every person entering the stadium must hold a valid ticket (regardless of age). Access to
the stadium will be refused to anyone presenting without a valid match ticket.

TICKET SALES :

The main official sales channel for a UBB match is the online ticketing site. No booking by
email or phone is possible for individuals. Some ticket allocations may also be made
available via our distribution networks TicketMaster and Francebillet for certain matches.. 

⚠️ Warning : other websites offering UBB tickets are fraudulent and not official. UBB declines
all responsibility in case of ticket purchase on non-official channels. Legal action may be
taken against sellers and buyers on such unofficial channels ranging from a simple fine to a
stadium ban of 6 to 18 months.
